These include PDCA, DMAIC, OKR &amp; Scrum. We use a needs-based method because, in our opinion, there is no fundamentally applicable approach. Regarding the processing of goals of a company with those of teams and employees, we prefer the method OKR (Objectives and Key Results). All methods are characterized by a certain basic order and clear definition of roles and\/or project steps &#8211; essential for us.
