We work with different project management methods. These include PDCA, DMAIC, OKR & Scrum. We use a needs-based method because, in our opinion, there is no fundamentally applicable approach. Regarding the processing of goals of a company with those of teams and employees, we prefer the method OKR (Objectives and Key Results). All methods are characterized by a certain basic order and clear definition of roles and/or project steps – essential for us. In our opinion, a theoretical understanding is the basis of all work.
